FIX: Update the front splash page #75
Description
The current front splash page is very plain and doesn't offer a clean UX.
The links to mods, tools, and Info are in the upper right corner and can be hard to find on wide screens -- they should be more prominent in the body text. Mods, in particular, are why most people are even on the site.
