get.fluorophore.spectra errors

I am trying to use get.fluorophore.spectra () on autospectral in R after I have cleaned my controls however I keep getting the following error:

Error in ggsave():
! Dimensions exceed 50 inches (height and width are specified in inches not
  pixels).
If you're sure you want a plot that big, use limitsize = FALSE.
Run rlang::last_trace() to see where the error occurred.

So I try to set limitsize to false but that does not work. I have even tried to turn figures off but then I get

Error in eval(expr, p) : object 'fluorophore.spectra.plot' not found

Anyone who has experience with this - please help!!

I've pushed an update to master that should take care of the size error. Re-install by running:
remotes::install_github("DrCytometer/AutoSpectral")

I am not sure that you can set limitsize = FALSE in any way that impacts the running of the package, unless you're downloading and sourcing (overwriting) all of the plotting functions that are called when you call get.fluorophore.spectra().

More generally, I'd be interested in knowing what it was that led to this. The figure sizes are calculated based on the number of fluorophores, detectors and/or lasers involved. I guess the largest I've used it on was 40 colors on the 5-laser ID7000, which has many detectors. If you're working with the ID7000 using 6-7 lasers, this error is plausible. Otherwise, it is likely something else has gone wrong before reaching this point.
