Rainy weather stops on top of area #11

Describe the bug
When you enable RAINY weather ingame on your building area, rain not drop down to area, but hits invisible ceiling on top of area. (There are no barriers on map)
To Reproduce
- Download & Install latest PRO-BuildBattle
- Start server
- Setup plugin
- Start game
- Change weather to rain in Settings
- Look up
Expected behavior
Rain drops should not get stopped by some ivisible ceiling on top of area.
