Options menu duplication

Describe the bug
Its a deplication bug.

To Reproduce
I was in my inventory, I picked up the options nether star, And then I clicked another inventory slot. When I did that it put the Options menu in another slot with no way to get rid of it
Expected behavior
I expected it to disappear

This is a client side issue and cannot be resolved.
