Add builds to GitHub releases

Thanks for providing a much needed alternative to HLSW!

I have seen that you have ready to start builds. Can you attach these to GitHub releases so that they are easier to find?

The page at https://users.alliedmods.net/~drifter/SAT/ is no longer available (looks like the users.alliedmods.net pages no longer exist) - if a Release (or even just build instructions) was available that would be amazing. :)

Looks like it is back, albeit with outdated versions.

To get the latest build

click on "Actions" in the github top navigation for this repo, then click the latest job from the master branch and find the (compiled) builds ready to download at the bottom:
