Adding a Notes/Label Field

Any plans to add a notes/label field that can be edited in the application?

This would allow for the user to add a note on a specific server in the list.

This would be helpful if managing multiple servers that all utilise the same name. This would be an additional label, e.g. next to the Ping Column.
