Can't reproduce the error when logged in.

I can no longer reproduce this with the database from Live because there are fewer links in the main menu than in the screenshot in the issue description. However, this can be reproduced by modifying the menu to match the screenshot (or pull the database from Dev, which still has the old content -- this would be more work).

Recreated the same menu, used inspector tools to view the site from different view points. Can't reproduce the issue. Closing ticket since the issue seems to be resolved.

@latoyale Please try pulling the database from Dev (lando pull --code=none --db=dev --files=none) and you should be able to reproduce.
