Thanks for this amazing project. Reinstalled my system and old solution didn't work anymore.
There initially seemed to be an issue though. I don't know how or why but my device product id (PID) was different than yours. Instead of 0x12E0 mine was 0x12E5.
I just added another udev rule for 12E5 and changed PID. I was wondering if it would be possible to just add this into the script so it automatically uses whichever exists?
Nothing else seems different so far.
