legendary checkspawn

Hi ,why not add this new argument with a new command for the players because on our server we could notice that people ask a lot because I think they are used to other mods that's why we come to make this suggestion: add a legendary checkspawn command stating: A legendary can spawn in: time (minutes) possible legendary list: legendary list
