Detail window in Download Tab cannot be closed

In the Download Tab if I click on a mseed button with many files (or error messages), the close button is actually off the screen and I am stuck there (cannot close or click anything else) - see screenshot. Only way to proceed is browser back button or reload which runs into issue next issue
