Unable to open, run or view any files.

I might be missing something, but I'm currently unable to actually open any of the files. I get the option to open them with numerous different programs, though none that I have available are able to properly open the file. For example, the CAD files do not open with Fusion360. The user manual also does not open properly, I have tried notepad, VSCode, Google Chrome and every other option available.

Am I missing any software that I need?

You're not the only one, it seems like they didn't upload anything or, if they did, it's broken in some way.
