Get rid of python=3.8 requirement in Pipfile #23
Description
That requirement is almost surely not necessary, but I'm not removing it myself because I do not have 100% confidence nor the time to educate myself on the issue at the moment.
It is one more hoop that any potential contributor must jump through at the moment, which could make us miss out on some useful input.
