Feature Summary
Create a dedicated Settings page for centralized runtime configuration management.
Problem/Use Case
Settings are currently scattered and modal-centric, so users cannot easily review or update all runtime configuration in one place.
Proposed Solution
Add a Settings route and UI for provider/model selection, key management, and generation preferences, with persisted values and validation feedback.
