activity_properties in model breaks separation of concerns

The activity_properties attribute of the science.model class is defined as "Properties specific to the modelling activity in question, e.g. radiative forcing agents for CMIP6." which completely breaks the separation of concerns between the description of a model, and how it is configured to support a specific project.
