Issue has been retraced to a server side timeout when requesting the api endpoint. (HTTP error 504)
Resolution will require pagination feature in the endpoint, server side.
ETA is currently undefined, but soon.

I found the same issue when doing "esgissue retrieve":

Do you know if this issue can be solved to download the list of es-doc errata?

The plans for development of this feature has been delayed due unforseen contractual issues at IPSL, but is still a priority.
