Materials URL gets truncated for some reason.

Example:
This url:
https://vesg.ipsl.upmc.fr/thredds/fileServer/IPSLFS/glipsl/issue_tasmax.jpg
Is processed on server side as :
/thredds/fileServer/IPSLFS/glipsl/issue_tasmax.jpg generating an error since it's not reachable.
The error is not replicable on command-line client. Which means it's only Errata-Forms misbehavior.
More investigation needed.
