Update the link to github repo with examples

In the page: https://esa-earthcode.github.io/examples/prr-zarr/ top right corner, there is an editing icon (clickable) to make edits in github. The old link to documentation/examples github should be replaced to reflect correct repository to suggest/make changes. https://github.com/ESA-EarthCODE/documentation/tree/main/examples/blob/main/PRR/prr_zarr.ipynb link does not exists.
