Not seeing left panel links in HTML

I tried building the TestCaseProject. The build succeeded and content was created, but I'm not seeing any breadcrumbs at the top of the page and there are no content links down the left panel. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I've attached the build log and a screen shot of what I'm seeing. I'm using the Visual Studio 2022 integration v2025.3.22.0 to build the project. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both SHFB and the vsix. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

The browser will block the scripts if opened from the file system, use the option within Visual Studio to view the help which will start a web server instance so it runs properly.
