Syntax highlighting disappeared in Github CI?

What existing functionality needs improvement?

Hello team,

Thank you for the huge amount of effort set in this!
After the migration, it seems we lost the syntax highlight in the Github Actions jobs. No issues locally, but the default behaviour in github actions seemed to have changed.
We can simply add the env var FORCE_COLOR: 1 to add the colors again

Expected Behavior

FORCE_COLOR: 1 should be default
