Add option to print file names in different format to delimit all time fields

Consider adding option to use an alternate form of file names, in particular to delimit all time values.

Currently:
Net.Sta.Loc.Chan.Qual.YYYY.DDD.HHMMSS.SAC

One suggested alternative is to use all dots:

Net.Sta.Loc.Chan.Qual.YYYY.DDD.HH.MM.SS.SAC
