Claiming namespace prettier & esbenp

I am the maintainer of the vscode prettier extension. I would like claim both the legacy namespace (esbenp) and the new one (prettier).

@kineticsquid Removed auto-publish so we can update our pipeline to publish directly. EclipseFdn/publish-extensions#1050
