esp - bug with new players

if a new player joins when a esp enabled, he will not be shown

its not ignored im just overwhelmed with school shi thats why im trying to get ATP github access so he can work on it

it's probably just better to rewrite esp & chams to use highlights anyway
highlights are MUCH cleaner than boxhandleadornments + they need to be parented just under the character rather than all parts of a character
