Make the Run/Sample/Project keep historical data #112
Description
At the moment Run/Sample/Project are storing information associated with the last time they were processed.
We should change this to make them store the metrics associated with each of their processing.
We would merge them with Analysis driver proc and give them a uniq id.
This is a backward incompatible change so we will have to be careful about how it is implemented and deployed.
