Integrate instrumentation #37
Description
Motivation
We need instrumentation to enhance system observability for our theia deployment.
This will help us understand the system better but, also provide us with target metrics to optimize for and measure in our thesis.
Goal
This issue is concerned with evaluating our existing setup for gaps and finding a solution to fill these gaps.
The resulting artifact of this issue is an evaluation of our current stack and possibilities as well as a decision what additional tools to incorporate into our stack.
Existing stack:
- Grafana
- Promotheus
Possible candidates:
- Sentry (already deployed on our infrastructure)
- Posthog
