Inject OSC 133 escape sequences into shell

Injecting OSC 133 escape sequences only works on a shell level.

Create shell configs for bash, zsh and fish to inject escape sequences at:

• the command prompt
• the end of the command prompt
• the start of the command output
• the end of the command output.
