Move to NPM version of alexa-app-server

We have custom changes about the page lists etc for alexa-app-server but we need the latest version for #9, can we extend the app server post load / pre-run or do we need to fork alexa-app-server for wikia applications ??

Where the URL is now because we want it to run against each folder so more than one can run the wikia code is deep in the guts and we will need to fork, unless we can move it. to move it we would need to modify the sever to add wikia page lists as an action and pass in the wikia as well. And then add it those links to the the test template which would take them out of index.html
