Avoid receiving "Identity/Service Provider has been approved" notifications

I'm using a ticketing system behind Jagger to discover new entity registrations on my federation.

If I approve an entity on Jagger, the notification "_Identity/Service Provider has been approved_" opens a new ticket on the ticketing system.

I think it will be useful to be able to stop that notification if someone doesn't need it.
