Lithuanian letter 'Ū' bug in Baloo Da 2

Hello, there's bug with lithuanian letter 'Ū' and 'ū'. Top line goes on the top of another letter in almost all browsers except firefox.

This seems to be some strange issue with how google fonts changes the preview text, if you refresh the website without changing the preview it snaps to normal. Other fonts don't do that tho, so it's a generally strange issue.
Were you able to reproduce the issue in another context than google fonts?
If not then it's probably not worth looking into.

We had this issue on our website using Baloo Da 2 downloaded from google fonts. We had change font to "Baloo Bhaijaan 2", font looks almost identically with no "ū Ū" issue.
