Decide on UI style #2
Description
right now we are still using the styling of garner which I don't think will scale very well.
I think we want to simplify our codebase a bit. so it might be good to use an open-source components framework.
I was thinking something like this maybe.
I think the best starting point would be to change the homepage to a style we can move forward with and then we can work on scaling this to the other pages
