script to generate Figure 1C or Figure 2C

Can you show me your example codes to generate the peak graph in figure 1C or 2C using the scAPA output files? Thanks in advance!

I tried couple of graph tools but can't generate the same peak figures as you showed in the manuscript. Really appreciate if you can show me the way to reproduce the graph. Many thanks!
