Playa in Matrix not converted fully with Publisher

After I run the importer, I found that the playa records in matrix fields in non-default language were not converted. Only English (the default language) is converted. I know this is a problem caused by an interaction with an external add-on so if you don't have a quick fix, can you point me in the right direction to make the modifications so that the importer will also import the data from different languages?

Not sure why this would happen, the importer doesn't filter out any rows by language:
