Update to stream response needed #14
Description
Under certain circumstances, the way that streamed responses are currently handled, bugs have arisen where data is truncated or corrupted. From investigation, it looks as though this is because of the way we are joining the chunks of streamed data being too slow. A faster way to do this is needed.
