How to reproduce the bug
- Start the launcher on the latest stable build
Expected behaviour
The launcher should be running at 60FPS+
Actual behaviour
The launcher runs at 40FPS, which drops to 2-15FPS while scrolling.

Additional Information
I've compared the FPS from the stable build before this, and it runs at a constant 60FPS+, while the newest stable runs really slow.
