Explore using the demo site possible? failCode': 20001

I need your support about FusionSolar / API / PYTHON

Before exploring you need to set / send some info / data / registration?

I follow the example but I get a failCode': 20001

because something that I can fix - I already tried some options but no success.

After some research and tries and fails I think I need your help.

Can you help me? Can I test the get from your API using the Demo Site - Amara Solar Academy LAB ?

(or must it be a real installation / plant?)

The credentials for a guest are next:

user = guest_account_tp56ez
pass = (no pass?)

I made a short contact with HUAWEI support. They responded this: " Please note that we can open API account only if we receive the request/confirmation of the installer account that has access to the mentioned device/plant in FusionSolar. The account guest_account_tp56ez is a guest account(not an installer account). You can check with your installer and you can include him in this conversation to give his approval for the API account creation. " It's not possible with de demo site.
