Add support for perturbation association tests stratified per categorical level

In many scenarios, it is preferable to test for significant perturbations per cell type or stage of differentiation.

I reimplemented to add the following columns:

• target_name
• program_name
• ref_mean
• test_mean
• log2FC
• stat
• pval
• adj_pval

Here is our proposed structure for the output file names from this:

• {prog_key}_{gene/guide}_{stratification_key}_{level_key}_perturbation_association.txt
  • prog_key from config
  • stratification_key from config
  • Can ID level key based on position between perturbation_association.txt and stratification_key

For jamboree, we will do this manually. In the future we need to implement directly

The dashapp will load each file with this suffix in, and have a dropdown to select which level of the stratification key to plot.
