Node conflict with Download Tool for comfyui

When I try to install you tool with comfyui manager on Node I get an alert for a conflict with "Download Tools for comfyui".

Comfyui 0.3.62
Comfyui manager 3.37.1

I'm using the CPU version of comfyui with an i7 and an old 950m GPU.
