Add Module results to container

I would be awesome to allow module results to be added into the virtual disk that is created before uploading.

Right now, we have to go back in into our EDR and manually pull those results.

There is a switch to push module output.when transfering, which zips it. Module output is not files tho so that's why they don't end up in the vhdx.
