Compatibility for Better Pawn Control

Hello!
Thanks for updating this mod.
It seem to be that Better Pawn Control's active restrict policy button doesn't appear when this mod is running in the game, even if the Animals tab of Number's is disabled. Can you check this out please? I also created an issue in their github.
