[BUG] Directory browse dialog not appearing on to of browser on Windows

Bug Description

When clicking "Browse" buttons in the Settings window, the file/folder dialog opens behind the browser window instead of in front of it, making it appear as if nothing happened.

Steps to Reproduce

Open the ClassiPyR Shiny app
Go to Settings
Click any "Browse" button (e.g., to select a folder path)
The browse dialog opens behind the browser window

Expected Behavior

The file/folder browse dialog should open in front of the browser window and have focus.

Actual Behavior

The browse dialog opens behind the browser window. The user must manually minimize or move the browser to access the dialog.

Additional Context

This issue only occurs on Windows; it works correctly on Linux.
