Stereo sound is relative to the "camera" position, not the HMD #7

Test case: walk up to an in-game sound source that is "screen left", then move your head to the left of that object and/or 180 degrees around.

Expected behavior: the object's sound should play in your right ear when your right ear is closer to it.

Observed behavior: the object's sound will play in your left ear unless the in-game camera is re-oriented, regardless of head position.
