Cannot modify Configuration files...

Basically I cannot modify at all the configuration file.

And when I reload the plugin the configuration just resets to normal like so: https://pastebin.com/sF9VT8yp

Im sorry I couldnt understand. I just need to add my configuration below all that comments? And I cannot replace it as I did?
