Action Performed:

  1. Open https://staging.new.expensify.com/
  2. Navigate to Troubleshoot page
  3. Enable "Simulate failing network requests"
  4. Clear onyx data
  5. Navigate to Workspaces tab
  6. Create a workspace
  7. Navigate to Company Cards

Expected Result:

The new error UI should be shown

Actual Result:

The standard landing page is shown instead of the error page.
