Unify servers list in openapi

There seems to be two ways of doing this:

1. Hardcoding all server locations into openapi.yaml
2. Add CAM-KP to https://trapi-openapi.apps.renci.org/docs via https://github.com/TranslatorSRI/trapi-openapi-aggregator

• To do this, we need to add it to the Helm chart for https://github.com/helxplatform/translator-devops/tree/develop/helm/openapi-spec-aggregator
• This tool can then aggregate openapis from all four servers into a single YAML block, which you can then register
