Hello ChariZone,

Hope your refactoring phase is going well and you are enjoying the process of re-looking at your app.

There are few observations that I faced during looking at your app. I'm pretty sure you are aware of these things. But it is time to start working on them.

First: On your search result page, the color palette still belongs to the old style.

Second: When a user has done some search, it is kind of frustrating to find no results, especially if the user has tried multiple times. Here are some tips for improving your user experience when conducting search on your app:

  • Clearly explain that there are no results.
  • Provide the user with suggestions for an alternative results.
  • If you are not providing alternatives, at least there must be a button which redirects to the main page.

Fourth: On each category page, there is still Lorem Ipsum. See the Disability Category page for an example.

Fifth: On each charity page, the charity's logo does not have a size that corresponds to the text beside it. See the Dogs Trust page for an example.

Sixth: There was a feedback from user testing to move the link to a charity's website to the main details tab. It is still on the contact tab.

Seventh: For the sake of consistency, you might want to unify the icons in the category slider.
