[Bug]: Unit track marks disappear on some terrain types

Describe the Bug

The currently known maps that cannot display track imprints: all frithen terrains generated using map gen.
I remember encountering other maps without track marks before, but I haven't been able to find which specific map it is yet. If I find more in the future, I will post them here

Reproduce the bug

By generating a map of the frighten terrain through map gen, it can be seen that the units do not have track marks.

Now that #6981 is merged, terrain types should not inadvertantly disable terrain effects any more. So this seems to be a different problem. The first thing to check would be to investigate what terrain types the frithen map uses and then to have a look what that terrain type looks like in TerrainTypes.lua. Maybe it sets Treads = 'None'.

I think this doesn't seem to solve the problem because I changed all the trends in the terraintypes.lua file to Treads='Default ', and the problem still exists
