Add `dash:TextFieldWithLangEditor` support

In the context of Health-RI/health-ri-metadata#240, having support for dash:TextFieldWithLangEditor (and the equivalent for TextArea) would be nice to have. Currently constraints like sh:datatype rdf:langString and sh:uniqueLang true will not work without a widget that allows for language selection.
