Use standard linting rules

It would be great to remove the custom .eslintrc file and rely on standard instead.

Even better would be to use ts-standard for typescript support. However, that also requires us to fix all typescript issues first (#204).

Because we need to work with Vue, perhaps also take a look at eslint-config-standard-with-typescript (without the standard-engine).
