FDP settings: disabling Ping is not persisted

Description

When attempting to disable the Ping functionality via the FDP settings UI, the change is not persisted after saving.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open FDP settings.
2. Disable the Ping option.
3. Save the configuration.
4. Reload the settings page.

Observed behavior

The Ping setting appears unchanged after saving (Ping remains enabled). The change is not stored.

Expected behavior

When Ping is disabled in the settings and the configuration is saved, the change should persist and remain disabled after reloading the settings page.

Environment

• FDP version: 1.18

Additional context

From a security perspective, it may be preferable if Ping were disabled by default. However, this issue focuses specifically on the fact that the setting cannot currently be persisted via the UI.
