Accessing raw artifact url

Would it be possible to add a function to get the raw artifact URL?
This command is very useful but returns only the file artifact URL:

scikit-validate/skvalidate/gitlab/__init__.py

Line 202 in c490aea

def get_artifact_url(local_path):
