If an AS has 2 BGP routers with a specific license and decides to upgrade one of its BGP routers to support FC-BGP, will FC-BGP be able to support that deployment? Or do we need to ensure that all BGP routers in one AS must undergo the same upgrade process together to maintain consistency, similar to a transaction in a database?
